If you purchase a premium listing or featured placement, you may provide payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor.
Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other usage data through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics and similar analytics services to help us understand how users engage with the Site.
Business Information From Public Sources. Our directory includes business listing information that may be compiled from publicly available sources, including but not limited to government records, public business registrations, online directories, search engines, and other publicly accessible databases. This information may include business name, address, phone number, website URL, business category, and general business descriptions. Businesses listed through publicly sourced data are designated as "unverified" until claimed by an authorized representative of the business.

Listing Removal. If your business is listed in our directory and you wish to have your listing removed, you may submit a removal request to support@listspokane.com. We will process verified removal requests within thirty (30) business days. Removal requests must include verification of your authority to act on behalf of the listed business. We reserve the right to verify the identity and authority of any individual requesting listing removal.
Access and Correction. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at support@listspokane.com.
Do Not Sell or Share. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. To exercise this right, contact support@listspokane.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information."
7. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
